From the word "create", it means that a person is creative, when he/she create something unique where no one has ever created yet. There are a lot of creative people in this world. Every one can be creative by creating something new and unique. People like song writers, poets, song composers, artist, designer etcetra etcetra..

People like Leonardo Da Vinci and Isaac Newton, both of the are extremely brilliant and creative. Art works from Leonardo Da Vinci are all unique and full with aesthetics value.

Leonardo Da Vinci is well known for his creative works.

As for creativity, it is an adjective. It is a mental and social process involving the generation of new ideas or concepts, or new associations of the creative mind between existing ideas or concepts, creativity is fueled by the process of either conscious or unconscious insight. [Wiki Source]
